Roles and Responsibilities
Employee Development and Human Resources:
- Personal and professional development of the employees, which involves employee orientation, development, and training.
- Assisting management in performance evaluation and designing the Performance Management framework
- Communication with the team, any decision-making process regarding employee communication and the originator of any content sent to employees.
- Employee grievance redressal
- Implement employee engagement activities
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics.
- Implement new sourcing methods.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
