Looking for candidates from MANUFACTURING industry only. This is a unit level position, so candidates working in corporates need not apply. Should have handled IR issues and must have experience of negotiation with Union.

MBA- HR (full time) with minimum 10 years experience required.

Brief Job Description :


- Recruitment and staffing : Handle recruitment at optimal cost at unit level

- Frame and initiating the new HR process in factory, Responsible for entire HR operations & Administration of the factory. Develop policies for the Factory and implement the same.

- Performance Appraisals : Ensuring annual appraisals on time

- Statutory Compliance : Statutory compliance under ESI / EPF / Factories Act / PCB / Labour Acts / Welfare, Monitoring adherence to Statutory Regulations & Compliance with various Governmental Agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues & Legal matters.

- Liaising with Govt. authorities like Inspector of Factories, PF Office, ESI, Board of Apprenticeship, Police Department.

- Industrial Relations : Monthly meetings with employee representatives to understand and identify issues if any to have harmonious industrial relations at the plant, Grievance handling, Long term wage settlements, Good experience with Union& Council handling, Enter into agreements and negotiate on labour contracts, canteen and housekeeping contracts, ETP contract, etc

- Safety : Participate in and identify critical safety areas in order to approach zero-incident in work zone in terms of accidents, injuries, etc.

- Corporate Social Responsibility activities at unit level as per and within defined areas
