Roles & responsibilities :
- Foresee and develop a proactive approach towards IR through constant touch with Internal and External network.
- Compliance of all people related statutory
- To enable systems to be legally compliant.
- Contract Labor Management
- Liaising with local govt. bodies and Industries Association.
- Ensuring Non-interruption of Business operations at location due to Labor/Local unrest.
- Disciplinary Actions / court cases etc.
- Statutory compliance : Compliance to all statutory acts & Maintaining all forms and documents & timely submission of all returns and applications and Leading all statutory audits
- Proactive IR - Developing formal and informal communication channels across levels to capture feeling and sentiments of people.
- Audits - Leading the audits compliance for all employees and contract employees compliances and statutory compliances.
- Contract labor management - Ensuring timely compliance all the labor laws by the contractors and also ensuring that the records are available for audits and inspections.
