RESPONSIBILITIES :   Responsibilities include but are not limited to :  - Overall responsibility of HR & IR activities of the organization  - Implement the HR Strategy/Philosophy in-line with the vision of the business strategy   - Responsible for entire employee life cycle management (including talent acquisition, management and development)   - Coordinate and liaise with external staffing agencies to attract Talent and responsible for overall staffing needs of the organization  Implementation of all HR policies, processes and procedures in the areas of :   - Recruitment & Selection  - Compensation & Benefits  - Learning & Development  - Employee welfare  - Performance Management  - Succession Planning  - Formulate and implement organizational development and change management activities (including leadership development)  - Develop a learning culture to meet the changing needs of the organization  - Be the custodian of all employee related policies. Communicate, clarify and resolve policy related issues and grievances to employees  - Create, maintain and monitor all HR/IR Contracts and Legal documents   - Attract, develop and retain talent by creating performance driven organization  - Draw up Performance Management Process calendar and Training Calendar as approved by management   - Monitor and implement Employee Benefits, Insurance, PF and Gratuity etc.  - Resolve industrial disputes across the various sites  - Implement Employer Branding activities and conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys   - Integration and standardization of HR systems and processes  - HR Analytics and periodic reporting to the Management  - Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required  - Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
