Manager - Human Resources/HR Business Partner - EdTech - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI/NMIMS (7-11 yrs)
Manager - Human Resource/HR Business Partner - Ed-tech Firm Premium Pedigree
- Provide program support to the client group in the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and to achieve business objectives through business partnering.
- Highlight issues in Business Units and recommend HR solutions
- Contribute to the development of business plans and undertake relevant tasks and initiatives as part of company-wide initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients to help guide positive employee interactions
- Ensure consistent application of operating systems, policies, procedures and implementation
- Provide advice to ensure the effective application of all HR policies and processes within assigned area of expertise

- Articulating insights: Clearly explains the results of the analysis to a variety of stakeholders
- Presents data in a way that enables others to easily grasp concepts or identify new patterns
- Business action: Proposes actions to solve business problems and quantifies return on investment for implemented actions
