Role : HR Manager
Reporting to : Unit Head
Team : 1-2
Skills & Experience : 7 - 15 years experience
Sector : Hospitality or Retail
- Experience managing end to end HR, including HR operations, payroll, employee relations
- Strong stakeholder management
Responsibilities :
- Managing an employee base of around 400
- Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit
- Looking after the entire gamut of HR Operations
- Managing recruitment, PMS, payroll, employee relations
