Manager - Human Resource - Hospitality (6-8 yrs)

Experience required: 6+ years, 3-4 years experience in hospitality industry

Salary: can go uptown 11L

Interview Process: Recruitment process involves - HR written test, GD & Individual interview. Candidates will have to come twice as on the day of the written test, we don't proceed further.

Reporting: CEO and Corporate HR

Profile:

Manpower Planning and fulfillment.

- Joinings, Induction, Goal Setting

- Performance Management

- Grievance & Incident Management

- Payroll processing

- To ensure that the company HR policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.

- Continually assesses employee morale by analyzing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness and resignations.

- Conduct needs analysis, develop, implement, and monitor training programs and materials.

- Encourages a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.

- Assist with planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events, including monthly staff meeting, farewell party, community services etc.

- Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.

- Responsible for all back office and administration tasks of the department.

- Develops and maintains confidential departmental staff and associated files, documents, pay scale details and/or other important databases.

Critical Attributes if any:

- Good communication skills

- Good problem-solving skills

- Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations

- 3-4 years experience in hospitality industry
