Manager- HR ( Preference will be given to a lady candidate) in a newly big Hospital with a big Leading Group- Raipur

- X - 60% and above - First attempt

- XII - 60% and above - First attempt

- Graduation - 60% and above - First attempt

- MBA/PGDBM (HR,PM&IR) - First attempt- from a leading institute-Regular Mandatory

Responsibilities:-

- 7-14 years of post-qualification experience as HR Generalist

- Must have managed a team of 3-4 people

- Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines

- Must be proficient in statutory compliances and labour laws

CTC - 10 lacs to 15 lacs but Depends upon candidate last salary bracket

Qualification - 10th + 12th+Graduation +MBA(HR)-Regular - (All 1st division mandatory )

Proffered Industry:- From Tier 1 Manufacturing company or Experience in Hospital Recruitment and Hr generalist in This sector
