Manager - Human Resource - Healthcare - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (10-12 yrs)

A fast-growing and well-funded healthcare company is looking for a dynamic HR Manager from a pharma background to lead and develop the HR function for the company.

Reporting to: Commercial Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and practices

- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety across roles and levels

- Directing the strategic framework for training and development, performance evaluation, staffing, induction, talent planning, employee relations etc.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead the growth agenda and be responsible for recruitment and hiring requirements across levels

- Employee Management: Serve as the point of contact for employment relations, especially important for the large sales team, designing employee KRAs and evaluation metrics, induction and orientation, deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

- Training & Development: Train in company policies and monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

- Payroll management: Maintain the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Compute employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes. Answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records etc.

Qualifications / Experience:

- PG/MBA - HR from a reputable institute

- 10-15 years- experience with a pharma industry background

- Knowledge of the Sales People Employee Act

- Experience and ability to work with the large sales team
