1. HR -- Senior HR Manager

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Exp 7 to 10 yrs

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA - HR Preferable).

Skills : Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.

Core Responsibilities:

- Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements

- Strong experience working in a fast paced call center environment with strong people management skill

- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience

- Ensure legal compliance of HR state and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.

- Provide advice to employees in relation to absence and health issues, grievance matters, and all other employee-relations matters

- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and department/organizational chart.

- Ensure Employee Survey monthly/quarterly is completed and provide the insights of the report.

- Monitor employee morale and company culture & Values

- Ensure high level of employee engagement activities are planned

- Collaborate with the team to develop effective HR & recruitment strategies

- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary

- Maintaining HR MIS & Dashboard

- Doing attrition analysis and coming up with suggestion for attrition control

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Experience with HRMS/HRIS system
