Manager - Human Resource Generalist - Retail (3-8 yrs)

We have an opportunity for Manager HR (Generalist) based Gurgaon

Designation : Manager HR (Generalist)

Location : Gurgaon

Reports To : Director HR

JD :

- General Purpose Of The Position Guides and manages overall HR operations. Responsible for maximizing the revenue through Optimizing Manpower Cost, Enhancing satisfaction level and efficiency of the people through best HR practices in the industry.

JOB FUNCTIONS :

Manpower Cost & Budgeting : 


(a) Manpower cost/admission to be achieved as per the target given. 


(b) New site opening budget. 


(c) Regular track of wage cost 


(d) Optimising manpower cost 


(e ) Absenteeism control. Coordination with C&B team for wage cost updates and minimum wage revisions and incentives

Recruitment & On boarding : 


(a) Coordinating with Talent Acquisition team for the recruitment. 


(b) Sharing budget and job descriptions. 


(c) On boarding supervision through HR coordinators at the sites.

Attrition Control : 


(a) Keeping track of employees' turnover 


(b) Maintain the attrition at the target level - exit interview and report compliances 


(c) Identifying the reasons for attrition 


(d ) Improving employees' retention

Employees' Engagement Activities : 


(a) Execution of plan through HR coordinators. 


(b) Coordination with Talent Management Team for a plan. 


(c) Feedback of the activities

HR Processes : 


(a) Implementation of HR policies for smooth HR operations 


(b) People feedback and process revision 


(c) New process implementation 


(d) HR Audits

Performance Assessment : 


(a) Periodic and Annual Appraisals of team 


(b) Probation assessment (c) Coordination with TMT for regular performance updates on the people and about their growth plan.

IR & Statutory Compliance :


(a) Ensure smooth operations without any gap in the compliance. 


(b) Handle IR and HR legal issues in coordination with Legal department
