POSITION: Manager- HR

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage and ensure smooth and disciplined HR operations with all labor compliances in time and ensure provisions of HR for high productivity of workforce.

POSITION REPORTS TO:

Regional Manager- HR DIRECT REPORTS

Sr. Executives/ Executives

MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS:

1. Effectively interface with the service user area heads to build a strong HR function in the region.

2. Hire and develop a team of ambitious and result oriented HR professionals.

3. Assist the Regional Manager in terms of Smooth HR Operations.

4. Taking care of Talent acquisition for the region

5. Work closely with Regional Head in driving the HR priorities and champion the central initiatives in the region pertaining to employee engagement, cost containment, and recruitment.

6. Implement the policy directives received from Reginal Manager and DHQ.

7. Furnish the MIS and reports on time with accuracy.

8. Ensure maintenance of personal files, regular updation of personal data, joining and leaving formalities, full & final settlement etc. across the locations.

9. Ensure recruitment of the optimum number of quality associates and DC manpower in accordance with business requirements.

10. Ensure timely salary inputs with accuracy.

11. Create a recruitment pipeline keeping past trend in perspective to align the manpower numbers optimally.

12. Assist and guide the Regional Heads, State Managers, Cluster Heads, DC Heads and HR team for maintaining harmonious employee relations on the continuous basis.

13. Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory compliances, abstracts and licenses to be displayed in the DCs.

14. Deal with inspections to be conducted by various government departments from time to time in the region.

15. Issue Appointment Letters for Associates and Staff up to Assistant Manager level positions in respective regions.

16. Conduct open house to capture employee issues and resolve those within stipulated time frame and as per schedule.

Looking for candidates who as experience in HR Generalist Activities, HR Operations, HR Administration, Joining Formalities, Exit Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Good Knowledge in Labour Laws.
