Manager - Human Resource - FMCG/Retail (6-10 yrs)

Description:

- This role is a unique combination of Center of Excellence and being an internal consultant.

- It largely focuses on our store teams, and directly/ indirectly influences 10000+ store team members and managers

- It runs its business through large franchise partners. This role would also entail conceptualization and execution of the agenda of the HR Councils for driving critical people agenda with them

Duties and Responsibilities:

Field C&B :

- Participating in Compensation bench-marking exercise for the store teams & Leading the Labor Compensation annual approach with leadership

- Ring fence key talent through compensation & retention schemes for Field

- Execute Incentives and payroll inputs for field ~ 2000 people

- Consistently monitor the effectiveness of the existing incentive schemes

- Lead performance appraisal process for Field through the well-defined approach and on-time execution.

- Effective compensation structuring and min wage revisions for field

Analytics :

- Determining and circulating Monthly, quarterly and annual trends of talent to HR and Ops leaders

- Timely release of the employee attrition & hiring trends every month

- Regular audits of HRIS data to ensure data accuracy

Franchise Management :

- Strengthen franchise capability in growth-driver functions; including Area Countries - Run effective HR colleges to build capability One system

- Drive HR Councils with Fz partner at a regular frequency

- Facilitate joint projects between Equity Field HR, L&OD & RSC teams and Fz partners, create a robust tracking & review mechanism to ensure that the agreed agenda items/projects during the council are delivered on time one system
