The Job
- Work Closely with the Leadership for executing HR strategy & vision
- Create & Manage HR Policies
- Manage various HR initiatives, Performance, C&B, Engagement, TA & Stat compliance
- Work with Factory HR to establish & drive Policies (NOT IR)
The Need
- MBA/PG in HR
- 9-18 yrs of exp in HR
- Exp in a Manufacturing env
- Can independently drive HR Policies, Processes and Compliances
- Has led HR for a mid-sized Orgn or BU
- Good English Skills
The Compensation
Between 13 to 20 LPA depending on experience
