- Employer branding at various campuses for direct hires & summer interns
- Background verification, ensure all processes & SOPs are followed, sound knowledge of various Human Resource functions, Employee Behavior & Psychology
- Work closely with department heads, business heads, plant HR managers, vendors etc
- MBA, 8-10 years experience, 25-30 years of age
