JOB PURPOSE :
- Ensure SMART Capability Building assessment & delivery of the Training & Capability building initiatives for CPD employees through Corporate HR Team.
- Ensure Qualitative Life Cycle actions for CPD employees through the Corporate HR Team.
- Own & Drive the Talent Management - Employee Engagement framework across the CPD business.
- Act as a business partner, towards achieving Business objectives.
- Responds to unique HR needs of the Business by Reaching-Out & delivering a Strong & Effective Field Connect.
- Delivers HR guidance and service across levels by bridging service delivery between Employees and Corporate HR.
- Builds and sustains a high-performance culture around organizational values within the Business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reach-out to the field employees to deliver an engaged workforce.
- Employer branding initiatives. Build up an effective Employee referral mechanism.
- Partner business in SMART assessment of Training Needs for employees.
- Ensure the Training delivery & effectiveness by closing working with the Corp HR Team.
- Ensure the quality of life cycle interactions for the team.
- Ensure a strong Field Connect by acting as a sounding board through proactive Out-reach initiatives.
- Facilitate data based decision making by providing periodic analytics to Business Head & HR Head.
- Vendor management to deliver effective partnerships.
- Strong Interface between the Business & Corporate HR Team.
