A leading FMCG is looking for HR Manager - FMCG - Pondicherry Purpose of the Role: The role holder acts as a People Processes Leader at Coconut plant of in Pondicherry, TN, who engages, develops &amp; motivates members by building a culture thriving on the organization values. Qualification &amp; Experience: - MBA (HR/PG Diploma) HR/IR with minimum 2-4 years experience - Relevant plant experience is preferable Key Deliverables of the Role: Building Talent Capability at the plant - Manpower planning &amp; recruitment - Capability building for the members to deliver the business objective - Anchoring member development at the plant, both functional &amp; behavioral Ensuring business continuity &amp; de-risking the factory operations by - Managing harmonial Industrial Relations - Anchoring the Statutory Compliance Management - Interface with the local admin &amp; external influencers - Driving the CSR initiatives to build equity in neighboring community areas - Contract labour management, selection &amp; audit of contractors &amp; vendors Building Culture in line with Companys Values: - Responsible for the culture building &amp; member engagement at the plant - Develop and manage all aspects of people motivation, rewards &amp; recognition etc. - Anchoring the performance management process at the plant - Help &amp; facilitate roll-out of the corporate initiatives across the plant&amp; members Enabling the overall member experience: - Overseeing the general administration operations (Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Canteen etc) of the plant - Coordinating in framing member related fixed over-head cost budgets and monitor and control the overall manpower &amp; administration cost Skills &amp; Competencies: - Strong Inter-personal skills &amp; ability to influence - Knowledge of statutory compliance &amp; labour laws - Consumer centricity - Bias for Action Growth Path &amp; Future: - Movements into roles across verticals within the HR domain - Future growth into Head Business HR roles
