Position: - HR manager Location: - Gurgaon Job Description:&nbsp; Replacement / Report to Department Head and Japanese MD 1. TA Strategy - Develop resourcing strategies to source and attract the best talent by using various recruitment channels 2. Managing TA Lifecycle - Provide end to end recruitment services from sourcing to selection to offer management in an effective and timely manner. Attract the best talent within the industry. 3. Stakeholder Management- Partner with the business to fully understand job requirements and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand current and future resourcing requirements. 4. Pipeline Management- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines - that includes using relationship management techniques for hiring high-quality candidates for short- and long-term hiring needs 5. Sourcing - Responsible for sourcing candidates as per the requirements through various sources such as social media, referrals, jobs portals, headhunting etc. 6. Documentation &amp; Reporting - Adherence to internal HR processes such as proper documentation of candidates' documents, recruitment MIS, preparing offer letters etc. within the specified TAT 7. Vendor Management- Driving performance from vendors/consultants for timely closure of positions. Ensure timely payments for uninterrupted supply of quality resources. 8. Manpower Planning - Prepare the manpower plan twice a year 9. Audit - Manage the audit data as required for talent acquisition 10. Special Projects- Manage projects end to end including upgrading the available programs for improvement of the overall recruitment process.
