This person will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, employee life cycle, and talent management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY - Develop and implement HR Processes & Practices and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Build a quality relationship with the internal and external stakeholders and recruitment agencies. - Establish and lead the standard recruitment and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce. - Execute the sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve recruitment target of the organization. Conduct the job interviews & 1st level of screening of all profiles/candidates to be able to share with Internal Stakeholders - Research, benchmark, and develop proactive recruitment techniques to attract high quality active and passive candidates - Maintain a talent pipeline of candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract competitive candidates. - Provide data analytics to make informed hiring decisions. - Support the on boarding and new hire set up, HR file management and support with HR tasks as required. - Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures and programs - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - Detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce. - Excellent communication skills - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships - Interviewing Skills - Good Excel, MS office suite skills or equivalent is a must. - Effective organizational and planning skills.
