Manager - Human Resource/Employee Relations - Pharma

At present, We are having an urgent opening for MANAGER - HR (ER/IR expertise) for a REPUTED PHARMA MNC Co for their CORPORATE OFFICE based at MUMBAI location.

- The company is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company and world leader in Diabetology

- Looking for HR Team member with ER/IR expertise, specifically must have covered sales promotion pharma employees (field force),

- 7+ years of experience. Preferably MILS, MSW & MBA - HR.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Timely Statutory Compliances & Govt Liaising.

2. Act as COE & support HRBP for field related problems.

3. Possess core knowledge in Appearing in labour / Industrial courts.

4. Follow up with lawyers & Draft Important disciplinary comms.

5. Support Sales/Business HR Head to drive Org IR/ER strategy.
