HR Manager - For Dubai

One of our clients an Electrical Contracting Company located in Dubai, UAE is for the last 28 years is in need of a HR Manager for immediate appointment. Candidate should have minimum 10- 15 years of experience in HR & Administration.

UAE experience is mandatory.

Must have a MBA-HR with valid UAE driving license.

Functional Areas :

- Human Resources, Administration, Talent Acquisition, Induction &Training, Learning & Development, Visa & Passport Renewal Process, Documents & Statutory Compliance, PRO, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports, Documentation Internal Department, HRMS Software, Legal Issues & Conflict Management, Performance & Appraisal Review, Insurance Management both for Employees and Vehicle, Renewal of various insurance and Licenses, Vehicle Fleet Management, Weekly /Monthly Audit, Compliance

- Find out Manpower requirements from HOD's through Project Wise forecasting, discussing, surveying with Management advice & Budgeting.

- Prepare the job description key responsibilities, person specification, the type of skills, Personality, Project role, age and nationality as per site requirement.

- To put requirements on various Recruitment Channels: 1. Job sites, 2. Employee Reference, 3. Social media, 4. Consultancy, 5. News Paper.

- Pre-Screening of the candidates and Telephonic Interview depends on the position.

- Pre-Interview Questionnaire to be sent and receive the duly filled one within 10 minutes. Selecting/Screening the candidates for the position by their Skills set, hand writing vocabulary, sentence formation & salary expectation upon our requirement criteria.

- First Round HR Interview to be scheduled[Interview duration 15 minutes

- Arrange for Vis-a-vis interview with the Management. [If Required].

- Offer Letter preparation & if candidates over budget, special approval to be taken.

- Selected candidates to be sent an Offer letter with the approval of Management. Acknowledged/Signed Offer letter to be received from the Candidate's.

- Fund Request with CV, Offer Letter & follow up with A/C's Dept.

- Prepare & submit Approval for Visa Processing. After getting approval / accordance with the Management, to apply for labor approval and Employment Visa.

- Preparing the Undertaking Letter, Bond Agreement & Security Deposited Voucher etc. Post signature save hardcopy & soft copy in their PL.

- After approval from MOL and received UID number the available candidates in the UAE can be called for immediate joining. If the Candidates out of UAE, Visa needed to be applied and inform the Candidates/Consultancy further.

- Insurance addition to be done before joining.

- Communication on Email for the candidates to the expenses incurred towards VISA STATUS CHANGE from the UAE bound candidates.
