KRA's
- Induction - Onboarding and joining formalities
- Responsible for recruitment of the group.
- Maintain recruitment consultancy contracts
- Employee Engagement - Active involvement in the staff welfare programmes
- Ensure that organizational policies are adhered to
- Manage and coordinate the performance management of employees across group
- Facilitation of training & development needs for employees
Education- Premier Institute - MBA/ PGDM mandatory. Should have good academics (80% and above from 10th to PG)
- Should be from reputed organization
- 4 to 5 years of an experience.
- CTC -15-18lacs
