- Expertise in the Indian labor market is changing and able to achieve high volume hiring. - Develop and maintain a strong network of internal and external stakeholders for deploying various hiring initiatives and methodologies - To introduce new technologies for streamlining the process, increase productivity and identify innovative models to reinforce the hiring strategies. - To create marketing strategies to reach out and develop meaningful associations with a larger pan India audience of candidates and agencies. - Initiate New ideas and strategies related to high volume hiring that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Company's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. - To communicate in writing a plan with deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process. - To conduct special projects/recruiting initiatives, including developing new ways to mitigates risks and meet the operational requirements. - Candidates may have a work experience of 7 to 12 years in relevant HRBP domain&nbsp; - HRBP experience is essential (partnering with Leaders, advising managers, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc.)&nbsp; - Education: MBA or Master's Degree in HR/Social Work - Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational and negotiation skills also preferred. - Ability to design and execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity and recruiting, and interview process management. - Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. - Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member. - Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. - Leadership experience managing recruiters, coordinator and vendors.
