Manager - Human Resource - eCommerce (4-6 yrs)

We are hiring HR Manager for a fast growing cross border e-commerce firm. The job description has been supplied below.

Job responsibilities :

- Hand holding of employees, creating processes for setting up new a new office

- Employee counseling and grievance handling

- Driving all Employee Engagements Initiatives/Activities/ KPI monitoring

- Publishing Weekly/Monthly reports and dashboards.

- Conducting Open house/Town hall with the leadership

- Responsible for effective execution of monthly/Quarterly programs.

- Provide HR advice to Employees and business managers

- Ensuring proactive employee communications on Organization's process and policies

- Responsible for smooth on-boarding / Induction of all new joinees

- Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations

- Managing Exit Employees

- Managing employee connect by regular one-on-one and skip level meetings.

- Interviews of Internal Job Postings

- Driving and ensuring on time interviews of appraisals

- Execute HR programs, engagement models and practices

Knowledge/skills :

- Good written and oral communication skills, with background of executing legal contracts

- Ability to work with counterparts in different countries

- Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills

- Ability to engage, inspire and influence people

- Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns

- Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook etc

- Should be able to take initiatives and willing to learn about other functions

- Should be open for being available on email/ call at all times

Salary: Fixed 8-12 lakhs + bonus per annum depending on past experience.
