Manager - HR @ Gurgaon, India Our client is one of the fastest-growing Consumer Electronics Organizations in India. They own 2 International audio brands and one homegrown brand. Its a young and professionally managed organization with all major e-commerce and retail channels as their key customers. They need to fill the following position asap. Position: Manager - HR Location: Gurgaon Education: Any Graduation ( B.Sc preferred ) with MBA/ PG Diploma - HR/IR/MSW Experience: 5 - 6 years of HR experience post MBA Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Company has around 100 employees divided between own payroll and outsourced to the 3rd party. - They are looking for someone who can take care of employees who are on own payroll.&nbsp; - It will be an individual contributor role reporting directly into the CEO and the candidate must handle all the HR-related responsibilities from hiring to exit.&nbsp; - The candidate should be self-reliant and focused and capable of running the show independently. 2. The candidate will be leading HR vertical by formulation & implementation of Policies, Programs &amp; Practices across entire HR domain.&nbsp; - Handling complete HR operations on daily basis.&nbsp; - Incorporation of new and effective ideas for HR operations.&nbsp; - Conducting employee engagement programs intermittently to keep employees engaged &amp; motivated.&nbsp; - Execution of current performance management program for the employees and developing more effective policies.&nbsp; - Maintaining work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.&nbsp; - Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;&nbsp; - Counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. 3. Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs,&nbsp; - Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys;&nbsp; - Scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;&nbsp; - Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Central and state-level HR compliance requirements - Conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.&nbsp; - Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. 3. Candidate should have excellent Oral &amp; Written Communication Skills.&nbsp; - Good experience across various functions of HR.&nbsp; - Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, ppt &amp; Excel). Must have good business acumen.&nbsp; - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR domain.&nbsp; - Preferably female candidate but that's not the sole criteria.&nbsp; Gurgaon residents preferred. Pradeep K.
