Some of the roles and responsibilities of an incumbent will include : To be the face of the organization when it comes to recruiting staff, which includes: - Recruitment, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. - To oversee the acquisition of background checks and employment eligibility verifications - To perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource - To implement new hire orientation and onboarding. programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale. - To handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. - To maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. - To establish a scientific methodology of appraisals and R&R - To understand compliance with regards to TDS, PF, and ESI - statutory laws.
