1. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization aligned with overall business strategy. 2. Ensure smooth HR operations at PAN India level. 3. Ensure compliance against all legal and statutory requirements. 4. Preparing and controlling annual HR budget. 5. Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 6. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. 7. Update management on upcoming changes in HR/Admin domain and review HR policies accordingly. 8. Managing manpower requirement of the firm. 9. Manage the complete life cycle of the employee through well-defined laid down processes. 10. Provide various MIS reports to management. 11. Maintaining and revising the firm's manual on policies and procedures. 12. Bring new HR initiatives at the workplace. 13. Lead and guide PAN India HR team 14. Participate in administrative staff meetings and do regular con calls with HR/Admin team at locations and address their queries.
