Manager - Human Resource - BFSI/Education/Hospitality/Media (10-15 yrs)

Manager will be responsible for executing overall Human Resource strategy which includes Talent selection, Talent development, Organization Design and Structure, Organization Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career plan and growth, Compensation management, Resource Planning, MIS and HR compliance. Manager will also accountable for administration function.

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Director - Operations

Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver on recruitment needs of across all levels as per agreed timelines and with high quality of talent sourced.

- Propose and implement effective organization structures and design for efficient and effective utilization of talent.

- Devise and implement employee retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement.

- Implement a robust career growth plan and succession plan to help mitigate risk associated with turnover and cultivate existing talent by matching promising employees with future organizational needs.

- Recommend and execute compensation philosophy to ensure Organizational competitiveness.

- Establish and implement a robust performance management and reward and recognition system with sharp goal sheets and competency maps to facilitate and maintain a high performance culture.

- Manage, coach and mentor HR team to effectively execute HR strategy and plan.

- Build and institutionalize a capability development framework to improve performance and potential of talent to meet its future objectives.

- Create and implement HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience :

This role requires energy, strong people management skills, robust influencing and collaboration skills, and the ability to establish systems and processes within a fast growing organisation. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with following requirement:

- MBA/PGDM/Post Graduate Degree/Certification Specialized in HR.

- At least 10 years of work experience handling various areas of HR, fitting to role defined above.

- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.

- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural team.

- Passion to work in social sector and make a difference.

- Highly collaborative and empathetic but equally results-driven.

- Highest standards of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
