We have an opening for the position of Manager HR.

Location- Mumbai

Job description-

- To ensure that hiring is as per the defined TATs, within cost and manpower budget.

- Drive defined HR processes to increase employee retention at branches / regions / zones

- Define & drive processes to enhance new joinees experience at Branch / Region / Zone level.

- Ensure prompt resolution of all ER issues which may come up from time to time and ensure compliance

- Facilitate development of skills of subordinates to enable them to perform and achieve their KRA as well as take on higher responsibilities.
