Manager - Human Resource - BFS (5-9 yrs)
The position reports to CHRO
He/She will be responsible for end to end HR for all on-roll employees based at West Region.
Generalist HR with hands-on on :
- He/She- should have worked with ATS, IT software
- Employee Life Cycle
- Performance Appraisals incl Performance Counselling
- Experience on Coaching, Leadership Development, HiPo, Organization Development (OD)
- L&D experience: exp as trainer will be an advantage.
- Performance Metrics: Should have a very good understanding of metrics
- Hands-on on Diversity Programs:
- Should have worked closely with Sales Force and have knowledge of Sales Performance Improvement plans
- Highly IT savvy, well above the current team; managing stakeholders;
- Exp 8+ years
Industry : Service sector & FMCG, Retail
- Will have no direct reports, a few indirect reports
- A pass-out from key B school with 5 years of exp will be also ok, as long as the above exposure is there.
Salary Offered : 10-13 LPA
