Structures, Job descriptions etc.) - Compensation &amp; Benefits - implementation of actions as guided by Corporate - Talent Management Initiatives (Career Planning, Succession Planning etc) - All kinds of HR initiatives ( Connect with Business, Suggestions, Feedback etc) - Employee counseling and managing Performance Improvement plan - MIS (MPRM, Vacancy Status, managing headcounts, Org structure, Manpower cost optimization, Budget compliance ) - Lead HR Operations: employee Separation Formalities, Transfers, PF, Compliances.
