Manager - Human Resource - Agri Business

- Must be exposed to politically affiliated union management

- Knowledge of Marathi is essential

- candidate must have MBA - HR/personnel management or legal background

- Candidate must have HR management experience in a greenfield plant (newly established plant) - preferably chemical/pharma manufacturing/food processing

- Candidate must have experience managing human resource function across multiple plants - definitely more than one

- Must have planned, set up and managed initial hiring and policy deployment strategies

- Candidate must have prior work experience in similar area

- Candidate must have experience in plants in politically sensitive areas
