Looking for Manager - HR in Gurgaon (Hybrid - 2 Days from office)

This role demands expertise into both HR Core functions and HR Analytics. someone handling global talent management, creating dashboards for global stakeholders, experience in creating policies on people, culture etc with reporting skills (advance excel or power BI expert). This role demands advanced level expertise in to Advanced Excel if not Power BI.

Position Description :

Candidate should have 7-12 years of experience in Consulting/Research and/or Knowledge Management companies across Delhi/NCR. Looking for someone who is good into HR Data and Reporting, HRSI, HR Analytics from HRBP background having experience in payroll, generalist, etc. Ideally someone who is HRIS/HR Analytics Certified

Job Details:

- Should have excellent verbal spoken skills along with business skills.

- Ideally anyone from core consulting company or management consulting domains only

- Candidate should have hands on experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, Data and Reporting functions of Talent Management

- Fairly good in Payroll Management, Performance Management, Company Policies, Strategic Business functions co-ordinations etc

- One should have good stability to be able to get preference.

- Candidates who have exposer in research and analytics, management consulting, core research industry will be ideal match for the role.

This role required parallel mentoring of juniors, henceforth maturity/experience in grooming team is very important aspect of position along with reporting and dash board preparations.

- Should have proficient level of expertise in MS Office Suits.

Note : MBA's from premier institutes are most preferable.
