Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and conflict resolution, fostering a fair and respectful workplace.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee and facilitate the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Support the development of performance improvement plans and provide constructive feedback.
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory compliances.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with Indian labor laws and company objectives.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Identify training needs across departments and coordinate/facilitate relevant training and development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is a strong plus.
- 4-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices (e.g., Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, POSH Act).
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
