Client - Our client is one of India's premier debt financing companies - It provides supports to SME 's with bottom of the pyramid impact focus Role Structure -&nbsp; The role works with the CEO and also dotted line to the Group head of HR It is right now a Individual contributor role as the team is very small Key Result Areas -&nbsp; - Policy implementation and design- Make sure the Company policies reflect not only the industry but the company values - HR Business partner to all the stakeholders and provide solutions to employee queries - Work with the CEO to create talent management program for the entire HR lifecycle- Onboarding, Engagement, Performance Management - Assess and coordinate Training &amp; Development Initiatives - Work with partners and internal references for Talent Acquisition -Be able to gather and interpret raw information and data, document findings, and draw up appropriate recommendations - Always display highest level of integrity and value- Person Profile -&nbsp; 8-10 years in HR Business Partner role - Min. 4+ years of experience in handling HR related work with min. supervision; working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws Prior industry experience of working in a Bank / MFI / NBFC will be an added advantage Bachelor's degree (any stream) mandatory; MBA in HR preferable
