Primary roles &amp; responsibilities include: - Responsible for planning &amp; execution of numerous private, residential, commercial, institutional, and government projects, meet building Industry codes. - Great time sense to complete and deliver the projects on time and within budgets. - Capable in taking quick and timely Decisions - Prepared the budget and control for the project. - Project Management and monitoring, Quality control and Assurance, Progress monitoring and Project Administration. - Coordinating with Consultants from different places. - Handling structural works in the site. - Handling finishing and MEP works. - Production of a Contractor's Proposal document in liaison with other internal departments. - Manage our design process via external consultants - Review Subcontractor design proposals Verify &amp; control status of consultants and subcontractors drawings and specifications &amp; maintain registers - Ensure the consultant scope of services, responsibilities and fees - Facilitate the completion of a project risk register - Operation and maintenance of testing laboratory at the project site, Review of inspection reports, test results, material certification and construction process records. - Preparation of BOQ and reconciliation statements for different items. Preparation of documents for all tests conducted and actions taken with various stages of QAP, furnish certificates for payments authentication. - Preparation of bar charts for work program to complete in the stipulated time. - Execute the work according to drawings and work program. Preparation of bills in time without any remarks from the clients. - Complete the work within stipulated time. Preparation of final drawings, final bills etc with in stipulated time. - Adopting quality improving techniques at site, preparing revised estimates and monthly progress reports for all packages. Basic requirements - Minimum B.E/Btech (Civil) from premier engineering institute, preferably IITs . MBA was desirable. - Relocating to Hyderabad Preferred requirements - Experience in high rise residential projects - Ability to hustle in a VUCA setting - Training and leadership skills to mentor peers and colleagues - Good IIT JEE All India Rank
