Manager - HRSS Process & Polices - IT (12-15 yrs)
We are urgently seeking HRSS Process and Policies Manager(s) for our client.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should be able to work with the goal of driving continuous process improvement across the organization.
- Govern and lead policies and procedures used across HR (globaly) and local countries.
- Should be able to build and perpetuate policies framework.
- Manage the coordination and implementation of process design work across HR(globally).
- Should be able to understand and be able to control the intricacies involved in process design work.
- Ensure that the local and the global policies are aligned (whereever applicable).
- Supervise facilitation of HR process meetings and workshops globaly for the company.
- Makes sure that all the required documentation for all the processes & procedures are in place.
- Provide advise and support on complex policy related queries.
- Lead and govern the transition of processes and their standardization.
-12 + yrs of Experience.
- Good project management skills.
- Expert of Agile methodology.
- Must have UX expertise.
- Good understanding of Change Management.
- Excellent communication skill.
