Manager - HRSS
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner across all business verticals and locations for smooth & timely execution of specific HR transactions, data management and query resolution in order to drive process efficiency and provide One Organization experience to all employees.
- Assessing & Simplifying the current internal HR processes. Employee Life Cycle Management.
- Driving change management while implementing HR projects.
- Demonstrate tangible cost saving / process efficiencies and improvement, in areas that effect HR operations (internal / external) covering all employee life cycle processes.
- Understanding the importance of and able to leverage the value of technology, data and analytics to identify and achieve HR SSC goals.
- Drive high performance standards throughout the teams measuring effectiveness against agreed SLAs and KPIs and providing insight to the team and the organizations stake holders on what is required to improve operations.

- Develop and seek to improve the HR SSC technology stack looking for innovative opportunities where possible e.g. HR Chat, RPA and AI tools.
- Work with Audit teams internally and externally to ensure adherence to process/data standards but also in line with relevant legal and compliance requirements.
