Manager - HRO Presales - BPO

Should have 5+ years experience in pre-sales and Solution Design for HRO

Should have good understanding of HR and Payroll Domain

Should have managed RFPs in the past

Should have been part of HRO Pursuits

Good Written and communication skills

Good presentation skills

Will be responsible for responding to RFPs and Client opportunities in HRO

Will have to participate in client presentations

Will have to participate in Due diligence and consulting assignments in HRO domain
