Manager - HRIS & Compliance - BPO/ITeS (5-7 yrs)

KRAs:

- Provide the management with expert guidance and support on all HR activities and compliance issues (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absenteeism, misconduct and disciplinary management, etc.)

- Conduct or direct investigations, disciplinary, compliance, fraud and grievance matters in conjunction with policies and procedures

- Ensure information held on the HR intranet and personnel files is accurate and complies with any legal or data protection policies

- Develop, implement and maintain benefits administration, policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the Corporation

- Take ownership of all statutory compliances, i.e.PF, Gratuity, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Shops and Establishments, Contract Labour, etc. applicable on pan-India basis and ensuring implementation of all applicable labour laws

- File appropriate compliance reports and ensure timely submission of all statutory returns with regulatory agencies and government bodies

- Maintain all compliance related documents, registers, forms and correspondence

- Conducting periodic audits on all HR Compliance related matters and taking necessary action coming out of findings of the audit and observations

- Liaison with internal Legal department and external Legal consultant on various employment law related issues and developments

- MIS and Reporting of all HR Compliance function

- Requirements Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment laws and HR best practices

- Ability to work autonomously and flexible

- Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills

- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prepare and present reports to leadership level

- Excellent planning and organizing skills to meet deadlines

- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications

- Strong and proven analytical skills and attention to detail
