Manager - HR Zonal Service - Construction Business (8-15 yrs)

Qualification, Age & Experience:

- MBA HR / MSW/PGD IR

- Post-Graduation/ PGDM: PG in Industrial Relations.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Core HR functions.

- Age - Below 40 Years

- HR candidate from pan India - Field Sales /Service HR Generalist would only be preferred for this role.

- The role Holder will report to DGM HR, HRBP Lead - Commercial.

- Ability to Speak in Hindi and English is mandatory, fluency in minimum 2 Vernacular languages will be an added advantage

Objectives : To handle the workforce management of Service Teams and ensuring seamless deployment of compliance & integrity as well as HR Strategy for Service employees deployed in the zone

Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively contribute to People Processes at the Service Centers across the West and South Zones.

- Handle employee Grievance & give HR Support to the Zonal Heads of Service & Projects team.

- Support, implement & improve statutory compliance framework and improve productivity of Field engineers

- Ensuring proactive addressing of HR Issues for all Employees and coordinate with stakeholders for a positive workplace.

- Drive Reward & Recognition schemes, welfare activities for all category of employees and Coordinate for Annual Employee Engagement Survey

- Support HR Operations - Onboarding, Payroll, Compliance, Employee documentation and also Support Training & Development and Exit Formalities for Employees .

- Coordinate with Recruitment team in taking HR rounds for the candidates across the Zones handle onboarding process at service center.

- Consolidate PDS for all positions in Service & Project Org .

- Driving contract labour management system, Standardizing procedures, documentation, billing / invoice processing & annual increments to contract workers.

- Ensuring statutory compliances at the State Offices- handle compliance activities under all applicable acts at all states

- Both Men and Women can apply for this role which calls for 20% travel to the regional offices.
