Manager - HR Transformation - Shared Services

We are hiring Manager - HR Transformation - Shared Services for our client based at Bangalore.

Job Summary :

- Identify and manage process design and improvement opportunities within People function in line with Organisation's Service Model in collaboration with all levels of stakeholders and SMEs from the function (market, PS, etc).

Responsibilities :

- Establishing and managing the process designs and ARIS process maps for People function inclusive of:

a) Partnering with the People functional and transformational teams to create industry-benchmarked process design, review and sign-off the detailed process artifacts as required.

b) Governing the process design to ensure the sanctity of the design is maintained i.e. no compromises to legislation/policy guidelines, alignment with segregation of duties and no customizations principle.

c) Driving Key Design Decisions in the capacity of an process SME.

d) Supporting deployment team on process design know how.

- Supporting the Process Owners' to create colleague user persona & user exp. maps across end to end processes.

- Managing the design journey and project life-cycle in alignment with the agreed criteria.

- Driving business improvement initiatives from the concept stage till closure using robust project management framework to deliver key business outcomes (financial value, colleague experience, risk mitigation etc.).

- Collaborating with the wider Business Transformation and Enterprise Analytics teams to identify, assess and deliver 'future fit' solutions and evolve the maturity of the end to end processes.

- Following the Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.

- Developing and coaching a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best.

Required Skills :

- Defining and driving process design and improvements enabled by technology.

- Extensive People and Payroll domain experience including managing end to end processes preferred.

- Experience of working with global teams in a multi-cultural environment preferred.

- Effectively worked with senior stakeholders outside of immediate team preferred

- Process improvement mindset and methods (Lean /Design thinking knowledge preferred).

- Stakeholder engagement and management.

- Facilitation skills, Workflow Configuration.

- Project Management (PRINCE2 desired).

- Logical thinking, Analytical ability and Problem solving.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
