Manager - HR Transformation - Big4 (7-11 yrs)

We have an urgent job opening with one of our Big4 client

They are looking for Manager - HR Transformation to be based out in Gurgaon/Bangalore.

7-11 years of experience after a Master's Degree in HR or MBA equivalent in HR transformation, with exposure to HRIT / ERP solutions. Preferable work experience in managing global projects and / or working with global clients in a consulting environment.

Significant exposure in below areas -

- Led / been involved in end to end HR transformation program (preferably including implementation)

- HR systems implementation knowledge - HCM solutions such as Fusion, SuccessFactors, Workday

- HR operating model design

- Shared services set up, stand up, optimisation

- Exposure to digital solutions, automation in HR, innovative technologies and application to HR functions

- End to end HR processes (hire to retire) - design, optimisation and implementation

- Change management

- Project management

- HR analytics

- HR policy design

Key responsibilities:

- Leadership: Manage and grow HR transformation capability within the business, develop strong relations with global practices. Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration

- Support leadership in developing / growing the practice, support in demand generation for HR transformation projects in collaboration with global offices, contribute to global thought leadership on service offerings

- Project Delivery: Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting

As part of People Advisory Services practice, leverage experience in HR transformation (process, people, technology) to global client projects in collaboration with various parts of the organisation.

- Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

- Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance HR transformation and broader capability offering within the practice

- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance

- People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team

- Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth
