Job Summary :

- The Manager, HR Systems is accountable for providing leadership to the Global HR Systems Team, which is, in turn focused on the support of all integrated systems, software, applications in the global HR space and respective integrations to various internal and external systems. This role reports to the Head of HR Shared Services.

Service Delivery :

- Develop and lead a customer-focused quality service, constantly improving system functionality, allied processes and procedures to meet changing technical and customer requirements in a pro-active manner.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of systems, services and solutions directly managed, facilitated or integrated with the HR Systems team.

- Ensure efficient and accurate system production through effective analysis, design and maintenance of system.

- Provide recommendations for improving production activities.

- Work closely with the Project Management group and IT organization for implementing and prioritizing system functionality and releases as well as provides guidance and resources for those efforts.

Project Delivery and Management :

- Direct and manage a range of systems change & enhancement initiatives and / or small projects inter-related to other projects.

- Participate in project delivery across the board as resource, project manager, program manager as appropriate

- Ensure that service initiatives / projects and their associated design are suitable and fit for purpose.

People Management :

- Create and manage performance of a cross functional team of analysts through goal setting, performance reviews, coaching/mentoring and professional development plans.

Stakeholder Relationships :

- Proactively establish relationships with the business units to understand their strategies. Provide subject matter expertise to corporate and division users for system enhancements, customer acquisitions, data quality, business processes, troubleshooting, on-going systems support, reporting and training deployment

Vendor Management :

- Serve as a liaison with cloud vendors and other departments for any issues that need to be addressed and facilitate a resolution.

Compliance :

- Coordinates with technical services on updated and upgrading systems to ensure the integrity and accuracy of systems data. Identifying and communicating issues and suggesting / Implementing plans for process changes.

Data Analytics/Reporting :

- Undertake advanced data manipulation, analysis and reporting from raw data and systems to provide support for projects and operational reporting and analytics requirements of a diverse set of stakeholders that include HR community, business managers, leaders, etc.

Desired Candidate :

Experience : Minimum of 4 years comprehensive working knowledge of HRMS databases / systems (spanning HR / Payroll and financial areas)

- Experience in cloud enterprise-wide HR solutions like Workday, Success Factors, Kronos would be definite plus

Qualifications : First class Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
