We are looking for a Manger - HR Systems with our client with a global presence at Gurgaon.

Job Details:

Job Location: Gurgaon

Education: Graduate

Experience: 6 - 8 years

CTC: 11 L – 15 L ( Incl All)

Role: Individual Contributor Role

Working Conditions: 2 pm - 11 pm , 5 days

Desirable Technical Skills:

PC Skills: MS Office, Presentation skills

Other Skills: Sound knowledge of workday, people soft, Kronos

Role Definition:

- The manager HR would ideally be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of the HR systems in the Organization. This role will report into the HRSS and Systems leader.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements (30%)

- Manage and design the mapping of all HRIS tables to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliance and enables comprehensive reporting. (30 %)

- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches (20%)

- Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.) to ensure integrity of the HRIS. (10%)

- Develop user friendly procedures, guidelines and documentation. (10%)
