We are looking for a Manager - HR Shared Services. Client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Job Details:

Job Location : Gurgaon

Education : Graduate

Experience : 5+yrs

- Typically 5 - 7 years HR/IT/Operations business experience

- Typically 2 - 3 years HR/IT/Operations system support/helpdesk experience

- Minimum 1 - 2 years supervisory/management experience

CTC : 14 L (fixed) + Variable

Role : 1 - 3 (based globally)

Working Conditions : 2 pm - 11 pm, 5 days

Desirable Skills:

- PC Skills : Word, Excel, Outlook, Project Management Tools, WebEx, SharePoint

Technical Skills :

- Experience working in a similar centralized role for a global company

- Experience with system integrations

- Experience working with vendor management and consultants

- Knowledge of help/service desk best practices including ITIL.

- Proven analytical skills (complex reporting and dashboards)

- Experience with BIRT (business intelligence reporting tool)

Other Skills:

- Technical expertise to act as an internally and externally reliable, knowledgeable resource Ability to develop and exercise business plans, policies and procedures

- Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall & Agile/Scrum.

Role Definition:

- The Manager will be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of the global HR systems in the organization. This role will provide technology support to business units and will be primarily focused on leading the production support team, including executing support strategy and supervising the day-to-day operational execution.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage HRIS production support team including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Will manage solution for escalated tickets.

- Collaborate with other business areas (payroll, finance, IT, facilities) on integration and reporting as needed.

- Develop and manage tracking automation and reporting on production support volume and productivity. Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches.

- Develop user friendly procedures, guidelines and documentation.

- Management of direct reports (reporting to the role) 1 -3 placed globally
