Job Description :
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business administration or related field with 10+ years of experience. Must have managed HR Operations, HR Digital, and Analytics & Reporting.
- Experience in managing stakeholders across levels of the organization - from HR Business Partners, HR Centres of Excellence, Business.
- Strong foundation in HR technologies, i.e. familiarity with software development lifecycle and conceptual understanding of modern technologies/languages
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively within and outside HR department
- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Essential stakeholder management skills.
HR Services :
- Be responsible for managing a team of analysts and operational activities of pre-joining services to candidates and operational services to employees.
- Engage with new joiners to provide better candidate experience in offer, background check, onboarding.
- Manage and deliver services to employees with operational activities of processes including contract change, performance management, C&B, internal mobility, and full and final settlement.
- Manage data updates on our HR management system related to new joiner credentials, access to employee tools, alumni database, resignations.
HR Technology :
- Be responsible for HR digital landscape preparation and management of implementation projects and maintaining employee data on HR systems.
- Maintain master data and manage employee helpdesk
- Manage configuration and implementation of HR digital projects including upgrades
- Prepare and rollout manuals and SOPs
Insights and Actions :
- Generate reports from systems to support Leadership, HR analytics and reporting and business requirements.
- Facilitate discussions around action planning.
