Manager - HR Reporting Domain - OGS HCRA India Team (10-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities and Scope :
A Manager Reporting on the OGS HCRA India Team is responsible for :
- Having a deep knowledge and familiarity of the reporting tools and query capabilities available to serve as a functional SME
- Understanding what data to use for solving business issues and consulting with customers on their specific needs and requests
- Managing the HCRA India team members
- Managing the OGO reporting solutions product portfolio
- Working collaboratively with human capital and business leaders in the development and production of standard and ad-hoc reports related to the organization's workforce
- Supporting the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting close processes
- Identifying ongoing process improvement opportunities
- Supporting projects and change initiatives aligned to key priorities of the Talent Analytics function
Specific tasks include:
- Analyze data trends to provide support with leadership and human capital decision making
- Intake on ad-hoc reporting requests to understand the business need and talk through options, clarify requirements
- Partner with the stakeholders to develop a reporting roadmap, aligned with their needs and priorities
- Allocating work to team members, managing performance and removing obstacles to completing work
- Managing the volume the incoming ad-hoc queue
- Developing or managing the development of self-service reporting solutions
- Supporting projects as needed
- Monthly refreshes of the HCRA Work front reporting in Domo
Additional tasks include:
- Fulfillment of ad-hoc reporting requests
- Self-Service report development within Domo
- Other tasks as required
Education and Experience :
- 10-12 years of previous experience in a similar role/domain in HR Reporting or reporting on any of the HR vertical and /or Experience in a BI/Data Analytics team with exposure to HR data, PeopleSoft tables
- Knowledge of at least one Reporting tool and decent SQL skills
- Ability to research issues, investigate the data accuracy, and perform quality checks
- Experience on any visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Qlikview.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
