The Manager will be responsible for supporting the workforce operations, for India Hub which countries within South Asia, Africa and the Pacific in service delivery of key HR processes, payroll management, query management, and HR automation to help evolve and enhance the employee experience.
1) Assume accountability for the consolidation, validation and execution of payroll input & output including leave, attendance management & related statutory reports.
2) Ensure overall compliance to applicable standards e.g. SOX
3) End to end processing of local Statutory HR Compliance for S&E & Payroll e.g. PF, Pother taxes and statutory deductions and payments
4) Continuous improvement in HR MIS and providing related reports & analysis in agreed formats & within discussed timelines
5) Managing and resolving employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, attendance & leave management system
6) Responsible for HR service support to end to end employee life cycle events On-boarding 30-60-90 process, confirmation process & probation process management, off-boarding and related compliance, managing car lease, issuance of employee letters, calculation and issuance of incentive letters for employee incentives as per various plans
7) Managing the administration of employee benefits - Gratuity, Medical claim plan, Term-life plan, Personal Accidental Insurance and others
8) Liaison with various vendors including but not limited to contracting, renewals, work Management, reviews, process improvements, Compliance, Bills validation, processing and tracking etc.
9) Leading a remote payroll team; driving operational excellence while delivering a superior employee experience
10) Lead vendor management for key external payroll vendors within the India Hub.
