HR Operations Manager (For Indian Start-up) Company: Our client provides Health & Wellness and IT Programming services. Work Location: Rajendra Place - Delhi Workdays: 6 days workweek Work Hours: 10 am to 7 pm Responsibilities: - The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing a common culture across business line by implementing policies and procedures across the employment lifecycle, strategic sourcing of candidates, talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, implementing rewards program and employee engagement. - This role will report to the MD and will require to collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Talent Acquisition: - Determine hiring requirements and develop sourcing and acquisition strategies - Understand resource requirements, design appropriate job profiles, identify talent acquisition strategy, maintain database with appropriate metrics to track and monitoring requirements in a timely manner. - Execute all stages of the recruitment process from start to end. Talent Management & Development: - Collaborate with the program teams to augment and execute the onboarding & induction program for all employees across locations with feedback mechanism. - Implement processes and develop a common conducive culture across business lines. - Design and execute the overarching learning & development strategy considering a multigenerational workforce and augment learning opportunities across the organization. - Provide implementation support on organizational engagement initiatives in partnership with program teams to drive an engaged workforce including facilitation of channels and forums of communication for employees such as workforce surveys, other public forums etc. - Impart POSH refresher trainings, filing of annual returns etc. - Coordinate & implement training programs - Support the team in executing all processes across the employee lifecycle including extension of employment letters, joining formalities and exit formalities etc. - Employee engagement initiatives like handling employee queries, R&R, Townhall, formal one on ones, HR connects, new hire induction, training sessions for new managers etc. - Documentation; Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records, including personnel action forms, timesheets, contracts, and consultant agreements. Maintain & prepare various HR Reports & Dashboard. - Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines. Experience & Skills Required: - 6 to 8 years of experience working in any Indian company in HR Operations - hire-to-retire role. Highly professional, methodical, well groomed, passionate and empathetic HR professional - Ability to work well under pressure, understand business dynamics of different business lines to implement processes and build a common culture across organization. - Accurately follow verbal and written directions from senior management. - Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management, outside officials and agencies, and the public, expressing ideas and instructions clearly and concisely. - Demonstrate skills critical for managerial success including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and highly developed personal, analytical and communication skills. - Maintain inter and intradepartmental workflow and cooperating with co-workers - Enhance job performance by applying up-to-date professional and technical knowledge gained by attending seminars and conferences and reviewing professional publications.
